Well yeah it was because dude it was a template buddy[DOUBLEPOST=1514780602][/DOUBLEPOST]Also with pebblehost this is all the people the resell from

Budget MC (NA) - Fallout hosting
Premium MC (NA) - Sys
Budget MC (EU) - Unknown
Dedicated Servers (France & Canada) - Sys
DDoS Protection - spartanhost (keep in mind same exact plan wording they stole)
MC reseller - Sys and WHMCS

So if you want to say I copy you at least I own my hardware.
I'm going to be frank with you, There is absolutely no difference in quality whether a provider uses a Rented dedicated server, or a owned co located machine. You are just starting drama at this point. Its the same hardware, just cheaper upfront costs not to mention the cost of hardware failure is covered if you use a rented dedicated server. With all that being said it is unfair to bash someone for the route they choose to take so lets grow up here.

Pebblehost has been one of the best server hosts i have used. They have variants with budget servers, premium servers, dedicated servers and web hosting. The support on livechat and discord will be responded to within minutes with accurate and beneficial information. The servers are absolutely fantastic. Even the budget servers can handle almost anything you throw at them. They rarely ever restrict anything, your server, your freedom, affordable, i could go on for hours talking about how good they actually are.

Tryed it out, my server was always lagging and crashing. Moved it to another host with (with same amount of RAM) and it did not crash.

And yes, I know that RAM isn't the only thing to consider, but plans are based off of RAM.

Care to PM your server ID so I can take a look at it?

Most people say this exactly, But then edit and remove plugins when moving to another host.

It might have expired by now, I'll check.
When I moved to the other host I did not change any plugins though.
I have contacted your support in the past though.

If you PM me your email / server ID, I'll take a look at the past tickets etc see whats happened, If the servers expired, Ill get you a server up the same size as before, Upload your stuff onto that server and we can work out why its lagging.

Ok I used pebble host for a month. I used there 24/7 support 3 times. I had the same guy I was mid conversation with him and he would go afk. Its kinda stupid http://prntscr.com/hv9on2. Of the email they sent me. Then after I got done using there live support. I went back in because my servers refused to let me connect to them. They said that I cant run bungeecord. So I tried to setup my bungeecord and connect it to the services. They all would crash. I asked for helped me. There also extremely laggy. DON'T USE THIS HOST.

Hello,

Would you care to open a PM With me and include your server ID, Discord name and email -

We do support bungeecord you just have to open a ticket to get it switched over (Which is done normally within an hour or so.)

As for the Livechat, Again If you can open a PM with me and include your email I can check out what went wrong there for you too.

User above has already opened a Chargeback facepalm - When I took a look at your support tickets you we're trying to run WaterFall over bungeccord, Which we do not support.

Absolutely disgusting staff team and CEO. Joined the Discord, hoped to go into the voice channel to chat with some others that were there. I just so happened to be typing at the same time. I was warned to mute my microphone 2-3 seconds before I was kicked from the server. Definitely not enough time to actually look at Discord and comply. More importantly, when I joined back, almost every member on the staff team were (when I thought the conflict was resolved) continuing on the argument, stating that they had the right to do that which they clearly did not, along with the fact that they were ignoring almost any and all sentences I said to defend myself. I was genuinely interested in purchasing from the host, so I joined the Discord and was met with such an unorganized and abusive staff team that I instantly regretted joining or even taking a glance at the host itself. Horrendous.

After I was talking with Rouing on our Management lounge, I saw that there was an issue and moved into the channel to see what had happened, I'll post the logs in photos as to what happens below;

After being warned at 2:53am to Mute your mic, I also then Joined and asked you to mute your mic as you were what seemed to be typing on purpose extremely loud, As you can see after around 5mins of you being warned, Rouing then kicked you - Not exactly 2 seconds.

After Joining back, Liam had then spoken with you to enable Push to talk to top mute your microphone again yet you continued the topic after his message.

Overall you appeared to be within the discord to cause issues and create drama, Not purchase anything or ask any questions.

Would not recommend.

From doing some research into Pebble, I've found that it's not that great.

First off, it seems that the staff who run the discord are very quick to take immediate action against someone. They quickly will mute someone who is being critical of the host (criticisms that come off as trolling).

Secondly, the biggest issue: the support. Pebble uses a discord "ticket" system using a bot. They are then able to chat with support members. Problem is, these support members don't usually have a lot of knowledge of issues and seem to be reading from a script sometimes. I had a friend who tried to ask for help and was told it was a configuration issue or an issue with a plugin. I looked at the error log and found the problem within 2 seconds because the error was plastered 3 lines below the Starting message. Guess what the issue was? The server-icon wasn't 64x64. Once fixed, his server stopped crashing. There was also one time where the same friend had an issue with the server outputting PID errors. He was told, by the Pebble support team, that it was "a YML / plugin issue." They even made up a fake error that was pointing to a YML file. The PID error was being created by an internal essentials YML file that was in EssentialsSpawn. If anyone in the support team had a shred of knowledge about Essentials (which, how could you not since its one of the most popular and most used plugins on servers) this would've been solved easily because the YML being mentioned by the console, was unable to be edited in external files. The problem was resolved after my friend installed EssentialsX and EssentialsXSpawn. Problem was that he was running EssentialsX but with EssentialsSpawn not EssentialsXSpawn. Really shows the dedication of these support people. The other issue with this is that these "support members" are picked from random people who may not even know anything about servers, but can read off general fixes. Even google beats their support teams' knowledge.

Another issue with the support is that they, apparently, only provide "tech support" and no "in-depth plugin support." Granted, they have a community support channel in their discord, but it should be a support's job to help with all problems if it is in their realm of possibility. Additionally, they have website tickets which are directed to the actual staff. This can create a ton of confusion for new people on where to send tickets.

If you want a cheap host, I guess pick Pebble. You get what you pay for. Haven't tested their servers but I don't want to test anything if the support is going to be sub-par and be a grab bag of if you'll have your issue resolved or not.

Hello,

Id firstly like to note to you that none of our staff members are reading off any kind of script, the only kind of "scripted" text is the open a close messages.

With the YML Issue, I remember dealing with a. yml error a few days ago from a group manager config, that may of been yours it may of not, although as you've said, you're paying $1/GB if you're wanting support that's going to spend time with you go to through all your plugins and configs fixing them, we're not the host for you.

We offer support for most things outside of plugin errors and other in game server related errors, our support staff are advised to help the user determine the plugin causing the issue, although as I said before, you're not paying $4/GB we're a budget host, as so do not provide a level of support where our support team is willing to spend hours running through errors and configs of customers.

Again, I'd also like to point out that if you're unsure of using Google to search around to fix errors, Owning a minecraft server may not be for you, As I said before - We're not going to be here to hold your hand through owning a server.

You can open tickets and request support wherever you'd like, some matters that are opened on the discord will be redirected to the billing panel for security reasons.

Vouch, This is simply the best host I've ever had. The uptime is flawless and when it comes to the Customer Support, It cannot get any better. They respond almost immediately both on the website and Discord.
