Hello, i'm looking for a simple plugin where you can do /perm add (command)
I want this plugin to make it so that de-oped players can have some commands determined by server admins. thank you!

PermissionsEx is fairly simple to setup, that link provides how to setup and customize it to your liking.

PermissionEX is an ingame plugin. Download the latest version, put it in your /plugins folder, and restart your server.

I have offered help others have offered help I don't think he knows how to run a server (Probably very new) and imo too lazy to youtube permissionsex because full detailed videos pop up for him to learn from.
