As far as your server goes. I will not go further in detail I have decided to call off the deal. Your license key is still intact and usuable. You didn't pay for the server therefore there is nothing to refund. All server data was wiped so there is nothing else to discuss.

Its pretty professional (I mean misleading) to get all of your graphics from google, especially one of your 'datacenter' which doesn't exist as you resell and don't even own your hardware.
Then on your pricing page all 9 of your packages list the same features. 'Ddos protection, fast processors, ssd storage, reliability, multicraft 2.0, live chat support' Those are some pretty standard features, and you dont disclose your hardware you resell. 'Fast processors and ddos protection' tells us nothing about how 'fast' your servers are. Also to mention only 50% of your website is functional, you have no terms & conditions, and list nothing about being a registered business.
9 out of 10 hosting providers does that and nothing is wrong with that unless they say "it is our datacenter".

I agree with this. You've to provide information about your hardware and network as you to-be clients need it judge you.
As they quoted earlier, they are still on the process of designing their website.

They are not scammers. You go your key back. If you truly think they scammed you, go make a scam report instead of just making them look bad.
