Took less than 30 minutes to complete a "logo" that was "custom" for my server (stolen). I contacted him thinking that he was going to make us a custom logo. Claimed that he had royalties to the logo and then said logo hadn't been used before. Then "gtg".

Well to be honest, you worded it as if you were CREATING the banner/logo. You could probably be more productive teaching people how to make their own for "free".
