Plugin Advise | Please Help!

Does anyone know of a plugin that you can create a GUI and are able to place items from your inventory into it? An example would be creating a custom Anvil GUI like Hypixel Skyblocks. If you know of a plugin that does this or know there is not one please let me know. Thank you!

So you'd like a plugin that allows you to create a custom GUI and then after you've created it, it would allow you to use that created GUI to place items in it? You mentioned Hypixel's custom GUI but that doesn't help, do you want it to have the functionality like Hypixel's one or what? What do you want to do with it?
