Plugin For My Server! (Need someone to create it)

It would be a land claim plugin. I would love to have it protect people’s builds so you claim the chunk. And you can add people to that territory for access. It’s similar to a towny plugin. I would also love to be able to tax peoples land. The plugin would be called territories or something like that. And the territories will have a bank account those who belong to that territory can contribute to that bank account. And the more people apart of your territory the more land you can claim (which can be set in the config). Then you could buy extra claimable land spots with in-game money. Very similar to towny but towny has a bunch of stuff that I don’t need. And towny limits you cause they make you connect your land claims. It will keep people from destroying people's stuff. If it could also be connected to Dynmap that be great. I can give more details once you contact me.
