Plugin to fake online players

Hello, I want a plugin to fake how many players are online in the: "Play Multiplayer" screen, TAB-list and when someone uses the Essentials command /list (alias: /who, /playerlist, /online, /plist).

Plugin Config: Fake players quantity - Names list

If a player tries to send a private message (with /msg, /tell, /m, /t, /whisper, /w or /pm) to a fake player this message should appear:

&6[Legendchat] &cEsse jogador esta AFK.
&6[Legendchat] &cMotivo: afk

The plugin should recognize NPCs from Citizens as players too at TAB-list.
New ideas are welcome.
