Thank you all for taking the time to read our post and what we are looking for. We are a new, geopolitical earth server running towny that is planning to be released some time in 2023. We are aiming to provide a seamless, simple and exciting experience for our players while also not loading the server with "bloatware" designed to make the server run slower or create confusion for players. Our team is run through a set of distinct and simple tiers, (Nothing like Helper, Jr. Moderator, Moderator, Sr. Moderator, etc.) In our system we have the Project Directors (Patrick and Myself) being at the top, and then the two positions we are advertising being directly below that (Think Development / Management type positions). After that comes Moderation and then the players themselves, who are at the core of the experience. We are NOT hiring developers or moderators at this time, if you are interested in those positions please join our Discord and stay posted for when they are available, as this is currently not the case.
We are currently interested in hiring 1 - 2 people who have experience in server management, planning, finances and server configuration to join our team and help plan our server and assist us in our journey as a community. These two positions will be equal, and benefits are negotiable but for the time being we are just interested in reviewing applicants and providing more information in DMs, however I will list some of the duties and recommendations for applicants below.
Please Note: In the beginning we will be unable to provide payment due to lack of income at the moment as we have not released, if this is not something you are okay with please do not contact us at this stage. Once the server releases, payment paid by the hour will be discussed and provided. Thank you!
Requirements:
- 16+ years old
- Experience in server advertisement, management OR configuration.
- Experience in running a team and being in a management position.
- Working actively with the team to plan ahead and get things organised.

Recommendations / Bonus:
- Previous experience with geopolitical servers and towny.
- Experience using Pterodactyl panel.
- Experience with server moderation.
- Somewhat of an understanding of finances.
- Ability to work with management to plan for the server and assist in creating a detailed map of the server's future.

- Any timezone is fine.
- Pay / benefits is up to negotiation and decision via DM.
