PowerRanks Permissions Help/What am I doing wrong

I have powerranks and I have added all of the perms to the rank "Member" but when I go in game, I can't do any of the commands for the perms. If someone could just take a look at what I have so far, and tell me what I need to fix please do.
Here is everything I have for "Member" Rank (I tried without "true" at the end as well)
