Practice Plugin | Comming with SRC / Or long time Dev

Hy , I am Akikki , Owner of Horkid Network , a starting Minecraft Server. With the other Owner we decided to try and put on life a Practice server , we tried multiple Practice PLugin , but most of them are juste Skid or just plain bad ...
We are Looking either for :
- A one time dev : A dev that can work for us and just dev the Practice Plugin and provide us the SRC , than it will be over
- A long time Dev : Official Server Dev , you will receive the Dev rank and its advantages , as long as you stay you dont need to provide us with the SRC , you will still get paid (less) but you will receive part of the server.
