Hello, this will be my first item I offer to MC Market. -LightfootDev

Server Concept:
PredzCraft is a server that revolves around player monopoly and a three tier property expansion. Players are started off in the initial, inviting spawn town of Pollentia, and are given the main concept of the server and directed to many different places to help them on their journey. (Shops, Info halls, Voting halls, Trading, Mob Grinders, Black Markets, Buy-able property, etc.)
There are three stages of the player's property, each having their own requirements to achieve. Starting with a "Settlement" then advancing to a "Village" and next a "Kingdom". With many different inviting plugins, there's hardly ever a time where a player is left without an objective to complete. The server has "ports" where players can travel to to buy unique things, from pre-built housing and farms, to enchanted armor and weaponry.

Server History:
PredzCraft has been developed off and on by four owners, myself and three other friends. We started the server out of desire and creativity to create a server we'd like to play ourselves. Everything was built by us, and all ideas are ours. We haven't stolen any material. (Not including public plugins) It's truly a unique server. We haven't had the time to permanently run the server publicly, so have always held off on that. However, we've temporarily published the server publicly for a small period of time to test with friends and a few random players who came to thoroughly enjoy what PredzCraft offers. Here are pictures of the three player villages that have been created in that small window of being public. (These villages contain up to 3-4 players each).

Internal Info:
The server has 36 active plugins, some crucial, some just to give a slight help to the server's experience. All of which are a great addition to the server's quality.
The bigger are more crucial plugins are: Dynmap, McMMO, Mob Arena, Showcase Standalone, rTriggers, CustomCommands.
(Mob arena has a pre-made map that's very nice and has found great appreciation from the players who have tested it.)

Did the server get any donations?

The server was only public temporarily to get feedback from random players. In that short amount of time, there were no donations. Partly due to Buycraft not being setup.

The way I see it, it's a tool for the user. If you can market PredzCraft better than the others than it's in your favor. The server speaks for itself. *winks*

Make a really custom and exclusive skyblock or prison server and we can talk.
