Why you want to work with us: Looking to help a server grow and have a ton of past experience with being a Manager and Staff Manager on servers that top 200 players.
Past staff experience: Was Staff Manager for OvidPvP, but resigned for school and didn't like the way the server was going.

The community manager here is more of a "fun" manager, the guy everyone likes. It will be the greatest job you will ever be paid for. You will organize and manage server events, and run our social media accounts!

Why you want to work with us: I want to work with you because I think I can help you guys out. I also try to help as many people out as i can. I have experience as Community Manager on my own server. I am very responsible and can handle anything you throw my way.
Past staff experience: I used to be Staff manager of a server called Legacy HCF and a server called XeoHCF. Both servers got a fair amount of people and donations. The staff i choose were highly respected on the server and very cool to talk to.
What you have to offer: I am calm and collective so when someone tries to trash talk me I want get to mad. I know how to punish, demote, or promote staff. I also am chill to talk to and can bring a lot of players to the server. I do take responsibility if I do something wrong. I also very active on minecraft.

I was able to keep as many hackers off the server as possible. I do play a lot so the server will have a very active staff member. If there is a staff member not doing there job, I am not afraid to call them out or report them to the Manager/Owner.
ScreenSharing Experience: 8/10. I have had to screen share a lot of people and caught most of the hackers, some were not hackers.

Great application if it was written for this, but I feel like you took an application from somewhere else and changed the names. You start talking about helping a plauer find a place to live and such, this is a practice pvp server. Anyways, this is under review
