Why you want this position: I feel that with my past staff experiences on mcari.net, rank craft, and a trial mod position on hypixel that i had to get rid of for school, and my previous experiences of hacking, i will be able to clear the server of hackers, and exploiters. Why do i feel this? Well, i do something that most others don't. I will go on to youtube and start studying the new hacked clients coming out, and if i feel a threat from it, i will download it and create a plugin to run around such a problem. I also am the most liked staff member on rank craft atm, and am very quick on the tp if someone were to pop a /report. Now, i can guarantee a minimum of 20 hours on each week, and thats spread just in the week, the weekends i can guarantee 30 just on the weekends, which is more than most other mods are online.
previous staff experience: mcari.net(trial mod, mod, admin, head admin, co-owner, owner(i ended up selling it for a 40% increase than what the original owner bought it for), rank craft (helper, trial mod, mod, admin, head admin), hypixel (trial mod)

Yes, i do know quite a bit about clients, as i used to use them, and customize them to be undetectable. I had to buy 4 different mc accounts just so i could use my prototype clients, and most of the time, they were banned. So, when i went legit, about 1 year ago, i started developing plugins to detect the most undetectable client, and this knowledge is what has gotten me so far in staff positions.
I PM'ed you my application, sounds like a great server. Can't wait to see this server in the future!

Why you want to work with us: Want to get back into the staff scene, and your PvP concept is very interesting and would be a really cool, unique approach.
Past staff experience: Most recently, I was the Developer and Staff Manager on a prison server called ShadowPrison. It was absorbed into a network, and I resigned shortly thereafter. Had a very solid playerbase(100+ daily and ~2000 unique logins/mo) and a steady flow of donations.
What you have to offer: I'd be a good fit for the Community Manager position because I am an easygoing, gracious guy that is very approachable in even the most stressful of situations. I have a thorough understanding of the server-player relationship, and excel at handling it delicately and appropriately. Additionally, I love managing/organizing events (I do a lot of similar work in my highschool and community) which would cater perfectly to the needs of this position.

Why you want to work for us: I've been pretty bored lately and looking for something to do. I have been just playing grand theft auto and a few other games and looking to get back into minecraft. I'm a smart guy, mature, and will do what you need me to do.

I'm looking for new up-coming servers and ready to experiment. I was staff the first time on orange for about 4 months, then resigned to do better things. I then was accepted a month ago for TheArchon, which in my opinion is going to go down sooner or later, and then resigned and got banned... I know the basic commands, and will defiantly learn more as I need to. I can successfully run a server and do what needs to be done, staff wise, and server.

Hello DesiredOG , just a little tip. I would make your application a little longer and provide more detail, and saying you just want to work because you're bored? That's not a very good reason. Also, you have some grammatical errors, fix that. And you said you just know the basic commands? You should know much more than that if you want to be Head-Admin. I know how to deal with buycraft issues, setting up perms, pretty good at world edit if spawn needs world editing. Some things I know that can be helpful for teamspeak is ip tracking(for ban evasion etc).
