Why you want to work for us: I'm personally a big fan of pot pvp, and practice pvp servers in general. Lots of fun with all the non stop pvping, but can be a bit over whelming for someone to do by themselves, so I'd like to help.
What can you contribute to PrevailPots?: I can do just about everything ranging from catching hackers, to setting up your regions/perms/configs I can build great arenas as well. I can't code but beyond that I could do literally anything you might need.
What special/unique skills do you possess to help the server?(Ex: Coding): I've never placed a false ban, despite being mod/admin/owner on several servers. I'm extremely active, which allows me to get to know the community, and provide the best gaming experience possible.
Past staff experience(Needed for this position, provide proof if possible):Best proof I could have would be my ownership of thugcraft.us we maintain about 10-25 players online at all times depending on the time of the week/day. I've done everything myself as far as making the server, I do have a staff team that help me maintain the playerbase / keep an eye on everyone though.
How many hours can you contribute daily?: between 3 to 12, I'm online a lot due to my job, and spend most of the day on minecraft. On average I actually maintain about 6 hours minimal everyday. I'm getting married on April 1st, so ill be slightly inactive 3-5 days but other then that ill be pretty much full time.
As an Admin, what responsibilities do you possess?: Depends on how you have your staff ranks set up but my responsibilities would be (but not limited to):
-Reporting any bugs (if any)
-Socializing with the player base
-Hosting events
-Staff Management
-Making sure all regions/perms/plugin configurations are set up properly.
-Advertising special events (I assume there will be occasional pvp events, I can advertise those thru my youtube channel to get more people to participate in them.)
-Watching chat to make sure no ones harassing or insulting other players/staff (Within reason, I'm assuming basic pvp trash talk will be allowed, but if its ever out of hand I would step in.) Example of when I wouldn't step in: "You suck at pvp, get no potted" Example of when I would: "I f***ed your mum skid, gtfo learn to pvp"
-I could handle unban appeals, and just about anything necessary on the servers forums.
-I'm pretty much willing to help anyway I can, and with my experience/activity I can help with almost anything you'd need.
If you catch a player hacking, or abusing the rules, how do you handle the situation?: Depends on the type of hack I think they're using, if they're clearly using kill aura (hitting multiple entities at once or gap hitting, etc) I would ban instantly according to your punishment guidelines. (I assume you have punishments determined already for each rule broken) If I thought a player was using something less obvious like trigger bot or autoclick or entityaura(only clicks when an entity is in view of your cursor) I would ask them to screen share over join.me

I was also administrator or senior staff on multiple servers such as; kyra, 2015, flexonpvp as well as revolutionpvp. All of these servers had about 20-30 players on and I was able to manage staff as well as host events. My goal is to make sure that the server is growing and players are willing to donate. With donations means that more and more additions can be added to the server. My previous experience as an administrator on multiple servers will help boost my quality that I can use to better the server to donate. I will do my best to make sure that the server is growing and that all players are happy. Why I want to be staff: I am a current owner of a server but looking to get a staff experience on a different server. I have quite the knowledge of plugin usage and I know when to use moderator rights on someone. I am very respectful & mature. I am pretty well-known in this community and not some new user trying to ruin peoples servers. I think I could qualify for this position because I am loyal, easy to talk with, responsible and ready to take on this position. I can help the server be a cleaner and more quality place instead of a toxic server. I will be on 4-5 hours a day pvping & helping.
