Designed and developed by Zyrl, Glitch, & Shaun.

Access the site using this link:

https://proj-website-leadpro.syn-core.com/

Pages:

1. Home
2. Services
3. Portfolio
4. Contact Us
5. Store
6. Team Application
7. Terms of Service
8. Verify (to avoid impersonators)

This website is modern and it functions flawlessly. All of the content is easy to update using JSON. If you purchase this site, you will need to replace the graphics and branding with your own unique content.

I have spent over $500 on this website including several updates and bug fixes, so as a result I have set the price to half of what I spent. I am open to offers but the BIN is $250!

You believe you spent over $500? Or you did?

I believe I can fly!!!
Hi! Thanks for your response. I did not include the exact cost but I can assure you that over $500 was spent. This was back in 2018 so I don't remember the exact costs. I scrolled up in my chats with Zyrl and the cost for the mockups was $250. The development expenses from Shaun and Glitch definitely exceeded another $250, I just don't remember how much it was in order to confirm an accurate number. Maybe they keep their own records and can confirm the numbers.

I hope this message cleared up your question

Does the store function?[DOUBLEPOST=1591840799][/DOUBLEPOST]Damn okay it's just a link to a Discord server

That'll be it from me then
Yes, the store links to the discord if the buyer is interested in a product. If the store included a check-out process directly on the website, I don't think $250 would be a fair price ;)

Cmon fat taco, you've been on MCM for ages.
You know the community won't let this fly.

The site really isn't worth $250 by itself

I appreciate your feedback. To be honest, I have no idea how much you guys are paying for websites these days. I believe the price I listed is fair and a live preview is available for anybody interested to see the website and all of its pages. If you don't agree with the valuation, I completely understand but the price won't be lowered as of now.

Let me put it this way. $250 would be a perfectly acceptable price in the "normal world" - selling a site to an adult.
Unfortunately mcmarket members are chronically broke and you may have noticed pricing here is way different than in real life =)
By McMarket's Pricing Scheme, $250 is too much , because people on MCM are willing to work for cheaper.

Not to mention that it's rather neiche and you'd have to find someone looking for specifically this.... which is ~shrug~

None of this is to hate on the site, because the site itself looks great. Blame MCM and how cheap a ton of kids here work to compete pricing wise.

How much would you price this website at? I disagree with your statement because I know people from MC-Market who would pay more than $250 for the website that I have listed, if they were interested in starting some sort of service right now. If you are looking to start a service, this website has a very solid foundation and even more than what you would need to establish yourself as a professional brand. To build on that, an interested buyer would just need to replace the graphics and purchase a domain. I think the current price reflects an accurate value, and overall it's a good price for buyers if they are looking to avoid development times. Keep in mind websites can take weeks, and sometimes months to plan and develop (depending on the availability of your website developer of course).

Honestly, I would say $200-250 is a solid price. Buying from an actual talented developer with quite high price rates will be around that value, so I think it's good. Not only that, but the site also looks really nice, good luck!

Honestly, I agree with Grace.. With MC-Market standards the pricing is not fair but you can get lucky. I'm working professionally as a systems engineer an I would never sell a site as such for less than this price. However, for MCM standards if you're lucky enough to find someone that needs this then awesome.
