Prison Idea | Is it worth it?

Hey McM,
I've decided to start up a Prison server; However, it should offer unique features other than the traditional and popular prison system of plot and mines nowadays.
So here's the idea I've come up with:

The thing is which one has the greatest reward (/bal top) that makes it attracting.
I’m doing the same thing but the algorithm of the prison system should be something different and peculiar.

I owned a prison server from 2013-2015 and I had implemented most of the features listed in the google doc. The only difference I saw was that you allow upgrades for the cells to so that more players can join a cell alongside making a cell bigger. I never implemented cell upgrades but instead, added a very limited amount of larger cells that costed significantly more. As such, only the most active and wealthy players could obtain the larger cells and it would promote competition.

Yeah, The cell system would include various features as long as i’m getting more ideas.
I mean.. that’s an idea and we’re exchanging facts; Additionally, this is a simple document of main plugin features.
