We are currently seeking skilled gameplay designers to join our team at EssenceMC! If you're passionate about tycoon games and interested in this opportunity, please reach out to me via dm for a chance to become part of our team and contribute to our project.

We are currently in the development phase of our prisons gamemode and are looking for someone that is experienced in balancing complex game features to create a fun and fluent progression curve for the game.

Position Requirements:​

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Semi-flexible availability to accommodate project timelines.
• Skilled with math and spreadsheet creation.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team when required.
• Previous experience with economy balancing on medium to large-scale projects.
• Limited current commitments to other servers to ensure focus and productivity.

Plus Points (Not Required, Preferable)​

• Experience developing/configuring game modes such as Prisons, Simulators or SkyBlock servers.
• Previous involvement in large-scale Minecraft projects.
