I’ve worked for over 5 years managing and operating large server networks, and know the business inside and out. I've worked with incredibly large player bases, and have never had any issues keeping them under control. for 5 years now, and have worked with incredibly successful, and incredibly large server networks. I know this game inside-and-out, so commands aren’t an issue. I handle situations incredibly well-- due to my patience and high tolerance to toxicity, and can deal with any issue that is thrown at me. Time is not an issue for me, and any extra second that I’m given will be put towards the server. I am a lone ranger, and have an incredibly creative and outgoing mind. All of these factors led to my success in this industry.

I understand that I do not have much MCM rep, but that definitely doesn't have anything to do with my capabilities, and shouldn't even come into play when it comes to my work. I understand that I have not worked for loads of MC servers, but the ones I have worked for did incredibly well management wise, and donation wise. Nowadays people believe that the best way to seem experienced is to say they've worked on 15 different servers, but that isn't the case at all. Even if you have only worked for three servers, it's what you do on those servers, and the situations you're forced to deal with that really matter. I've been put in just about any situation, and I've always been able to complete the task given. No problem is ever unsolvable! Thank you so much for reading!
