Hello MC-Market!

My name is Piinacle, and I am an MC Server Manager. I'm currently looking for a paid management position. Allow me to introduce myself!
I’ve worked for over 5 years managing and operating large server networks, and know the business inside and out. I've worked with incredibly large player bases, and have never had any issues keeping them under control. My capabilities, professionalism, and experience are unmatched, and I have this kind of work down to a science.

About me

My name is Drew, and I’m 16 years of age.
I’ve been working as an MC Server Manager
for 5 years now, and have worked with incredibly successful, and incredibly large server networks. I know this game inside-and-out, so commands aren’t an issue. I handle situations incredibly well-- due to my patience and high tolerance to toxicity, and can deal with any issue that is thrown at me. Time is not an issue for me, and any extra second that I’m given will be put towards the server. I am a lone ranger, and have an incredibly creative and outgoing mind. All of these factors led to my success in this industry.

What I can do

    • Staff Management
    • Community Management
    • Deal with server events
    • Construct server documents
    • Deal with plugin configuration
    • Staff promotions/demotions
    • Managing forums
    • (I also have a lot of experience with XenForo, so I won't have any trouble navigating it!)

Experience: Squadcraft | (500-1000 players) | 2013-2014

    • Managed the network’s staff members;
    • Mentoring and training the staff members;
    • Managed forums, buycraft, and in-game;
    • Dealt with all reports (bug reports, staff abuse, etc);
    • Worked with hiring build team, developers, etc;
    • Kept community under control.
MineousPrison | (150-300 players) | 2015-2016

    • Managed the network’s staff members;
    • Managed the network’s developers, advertisement, build team, etc;
    • Read/managed all reports, and kept forums clean and running smoothly;
    • Kept the community under control;
    • In-charge of releasing new updates, and holding server events.

SkyblockXYZ | (200-400 players) | 2016-2017

    • Managed the network’s staff members;
    • Managed the network’s developers, advertisement, build team, etc;
    • Read/managed all reports, and kept forums clean and running smoothly;
    • Kept the community under control;
    • In-charge of releasing new updates, and holding server events.

I understand that I do not have much MCM rep, but that definitely doesn't have anything to do with my capabilities, and shouldn't even come into play when it comes to my work. I understand that I have not worked for loads of MC servers, but the ones I have worked for did incredibly well management wise, and donation wise. Nowadays people believe that the best way to seem experienced is to say they've worked on 15 different servers, but that isn't the case at all. Even if you have only worked for three servers, it's what you do on those servers, and the situations you're forced to deal with that really matter. I've been put in just about any situation, and I've always been able to complete the task given. No problem is ever unsolvable! Thank you so much for reading!
