Professional, Well Experienced Staff Member

Hey, my name is Kezla, and I'm looking to help out and work with a server. Below is my general application, I feel it should give you a good understanding about myself but it might not cover everything, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Previous experience:
My past experience is very broad, not to sound arrogant, but I have been around for a while and know my stuff. I've made my way around multiple servers in my time, some I stayed with longer than others. These are the most notable servers I have worked for:

• "mc.themineshaft.net" back in 2012, was the server I have spent the most time working with. I was an Administrator on this sever for approximately 12 months, after being a moderator for a short amount of time. The player count averaged at ~30-40. Eventually I left, mainly because the server owners were all friends from their school and didn't run the server optimally, and a lot of the other staff had already left. I did get a lot of experience being a staff member through that time, as being younger, I had a lot of free time and spent it almost exclusively on this server, learning from the other staff about my position and responsibilities. I learned about watching for players using cheats, (not hacks, hacking takes skill, dragging and dropping files doesn't) and using CoreProtect. I also learned about WorldEdit there, and build many structures with it.

• "Eden-Craft" was a server I worked with for 8 months as a Moderator, a relatively small server, roughly averaging ~20-30 players, that recently closed due to lack of funds and the co-owner falling severely ill. I didn't come on this server to be a staff member, originally I was looking for a small server to reignite my passion for Minecraft and that was exactly what happened. After playing as a regular player for about 4 weeks, I started to help the server owners with their projects. This eventually earned me the rank of Helper, and from there, I continued to help around the server until I was promoted to Moderator, and I stayed as this rank for the next 7 months.

• Back in 2013, I worked my way up to become a Moderator for a larger server called "Hat-Craft" and worked over their for about 7-8 months. I was eventually promoted to an Administrator on this server but left shortly after as the server simply died out. It was also a good experience for me as the other staff members were great, well experienced and highly professional, they taught me even more about the responsibilities of my position and how to perform well on a larger scale server.

• The last server I spent an extensive amount of time as a staff member on was "mc.gamingpavilion.co.uk" for 6-7 months as an "Overlord", a rank that had the same permissions as an Admin, but, I didn't do a lot of Administrative work because this server had a separate staff member who exclusively did the technical side of administration. But it wasn't a waste of time, a lot of the staff from this server originated from "Hat-Craft", and were trying to build there own server. I learned more about being an Admin, but I didn't get to implement my abilities.

I have also worked with a number of other servers but not to the length of time as these listed.

About me:
As you can tell from my previous experience, I have been working with Minecraft servers for nearly 5 years and during this time I have become very familiar with commands, plugins and most importantly, how to deal with any situation. I am a veteran when it comes to any sort of conflict and work quickly and efficiently and ensure that I get everything correct. I am a very patient person and do not get annoyed easily, or at all. This means that I can calmly deal with even the most annoying player. I can get along great with players and staff alike. I am a fun and light-hearted individual, as well as serious and unbiased when needed. I can and like to socialise with players providing anyone with a person who they feel they can talk to freely. I am a dedicated person as well as a perfectionist, in other words, I will work on anything until I see it as perfect.

I consider myself loyal, I only devote my time to a single server. About time, I can devote about 2-3 hours to a server during school days (when school starts) and anywhere from 6-8 hours on Fridays and weekends. I'm entering college now so my time is slightly constrained

May I ask, what are the exact requirements, what kind of server is it and if you're allowed to be staff on another server as well as this one if you are to actually be accepted?

I would preferably like to join a server that is already established so that I can spend more time on said server before my school term starts. About the second point, I would like to see as many options as I can before making a decision, like I said, I only work with a single server at a time, so that would help me make the best choice.
