What is Project Krazium?
Project Krazium is a growing network which uses a BungeeCord proxy to allow us to host several different minigames. We currently have Creative, KitPvP, and Prison, with more minigames planned to be added in the future. We are a non-profit organization who want to make a fun server for all players, and for our staff too! Any money that we collect goes directly back into the server. Our community is very friendly and inviting, welcoming all new players and staff, and we always have fun, with various community events and cool things always taking place, which keeps our server exciting and addictive. We are against the idea of Pay to Win, and will never implement such a system. We play fair, and will keep it that way. Please note that Project Krazium has not yet released, and is still in development, but will be releasing within the next few months, hopefully.
Why choose Project Krazium?
I'm sure you are aware that there are many servers recruiting for staff (there's at least 12), which may make it overwhelming to choose which server to want to dedicate your time on. We can't make you choose us, but I would highly recommend it, because we care for all of our staff, and treat everyone as family. Our staff get rewards for the hard work and dedication they put into our server, like promotions and cool other perks for example. Our network is growing at an amazing rate, and we would hate for you to miss this amazing opportunity! On Project Krazium, our staff are allowed to have flexible schedules, and are not forced to work a certain amount of time each day, we understand that there are more important things that may consume your time, like family, school or other personal situations. Our network is not a sweatshop, we want our staff to have fun and not leave. There are times when we need to get some work done, and occasionally have meetings and other business things we have to take care of, but we also have times where we relax, and play games together, or participate in other fun activities.
What positions are available?
Our server is unique in that our staff are organized into teams that each have different specialties. Each team has a team leader, sometimes two, which manages that individual team. This allows us to break up the ownership of the server, and allow the staff to micro-manage each other, keeping the teams from interfering with each other.

Building Team
Senior Lead Builder *
The Senior Lead Builder is the head of the Building team. This position is no different than the Lead Builder position other being a member of the Executive Leadership team. The Senior Lead Builder can demote and promote other builders.
Lead Builder *
The Lead Builders are on top of the builders. They are in charge of managing the builders and making sure they are doing their job as well as helping them build. Lead Builders should communicate effectively with the builders what needs to be done and should pay attention the the build quality of the builder’s work. Lead builders are required to have very good building skills and should also be good at communicating with the other builders.
Builder
Builders are in charge of building everything on the server. They may build spawns, cities, arenas, etc. They will have access to WorldEdit to help them build more efficiently. Builders must be creative and have past experience as a builder.
Junior Builder
The Junior Builder Position is for those who are interested in becoming a builder, but lack the skill, creativity, or experience. Junior Builders will be taught by the rest of the Build team. This position requires a will to learn, and a tolerance of constructive criticism.
