i'm making this post in behalf of a friend, we're seeking for a project lead to know and be able to do these things:
minecraft plugin & server configuration & java understanding
a GOOD understanding of marketing management
links in US CPvP community / experience with CPvP community
links in the US marketing sector
you would be hired as a project lead, basically an owner, you'd get paid either a monthly fixed amount, or a %. maybe both. just send a message and a deal can be sorted out.
requirements:
from the US
3+ years experience of management
must be known & have worked on other fairly big servers
investments will be provided by my friend and his partner. this is for a server called USASMP, we want to make the next biggest CPvP server representing the US, this server has hella potential, and had partnership offers from multiple hosting companies, but at the end we went with a VPS provider & partnered with neoprotect.
