My apologies for the delayed response. We had recently made a few customizations to our portal which did not work as anticipated and has been displaying errors. To resolve this issue we are working closely with the developer of this software but due to the holiday season, response as well as resolution has been slightly slower. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
