Purchasing Faction server setup (budget 120$)

Hey, MCM Today I come with a request: I'm looking for a OP Factions setup.

Requirements:
----------------

- 100% complete server
- All bugs are patched on the server
- All builds are custom and complete (Looking for all warps needed for factions)
-Many features to make the server unique, ex. Custom Enchants (I'm interested in a OP Factions server that's different from others)
-Everything should be working and there should be plugins to enhance users experience
-Server needs to have default ranks, donator ranks, and staff ranks.
-Donator ranks should have perks to enhance experience
-Server should look professional (custom commands, GUI's, etc)
-Voting system should be setup with rewards
-Crate system should be functioning and working
-Server should have limited lag, if not no lag
-Server should have events happening automatically every once in a while
-All plugins should be configured and working
-PVP arena should be included in the warps list
-Economy should be fully setup and working
- Custom and color-coded messages
- All permissions should be working
- Custom kits for ranks


Things to know:
------------------

-I'm not interested in anything else other than the files of the server (I won't pay more for a website, domain, host, etc)
-It doesn't matter if the server is factions or op-factions, etc
- I won't pay more for a player-base
- I will pay more for custom plugins


I'm definitely not looking to buy a setup for a low price. I'm looking to buy a setup with the price range of 50 - 120 USD dollars, but I should know that what I'm purchasing is worth it. Hi, I'd like to say that I am a professional guy when it comes making about servers. I have some things to correct from you...

1. Its much better for you to hire a build team to create your server.
2. There is no such thing as "Professional Servers." You cannot expect a "Professional Server." Every server is special. You should expect decent quality of the server setup.
3. Voting system cannot be automatically made once given to you. You will have to configure that yourself. (EX: You have a Planet Minecraft account and by activating Votifier, you will need to put in the IP and Ports of the Votifier plugin) HOWEVER, it is possible to give pre-made rewards.
4. It is impossible for a server setup to have "No lag" or be expecting to have "A little bit of lag" Its mostly about what host you are running with the given ram. Your ram determines the lag. (Don't forget about location also!)
5. It is obvious to have color messages. It is all in the Essentials plugin.


Anyways, getting those points out, if you can accept my judgement, I can possibly give you a server setup file but it will take some time because I have not made a Faction setup yet.
Remember, if you are interested to purchase it from me, be sure to read my points and remember, I HAVE NO BUILDS.

This is all true, it depends what plan you buy for hosting that determines the lag.
