No chargebacks- Any form of chargeback is not allowed under any circumstances, if you wish to refund our services ask us for a refund and we’ll oblige if your request is valid.
- We are not responsible for third-parties:
- If a third-party that we rely on delays anything, that’s not our responsibility, as in web-hosting, NamelessMC theme developers or any other third-party we may purchase from.
- You may not redistribute our work.
- If in any case you share our plugins/configurations for money or for free, we will pursue legal action.
- We have the right to deny any service.
- If we find ourselves incapable of providing you with what you asked, we will do a full refund
- We will not deny an offer once we have taken it, once you’ve received confirmation from us, we’re working on it and will not deny/refund.
- Professional behavior.
- We’re friendly and we enjoy jokes now and then, however, professional behavior is required in-order for this partnership to work out.
