Hello. This is one of the first youtube thumbnails i have made. Please can you rate it and tell me how i can improve.

I will also make anyone a thmbnail for free to help be build my portfolio.

Looks good, but the text is taking over the background and the spiral "black and white" is too small, expand it to full screen. A bit smaller Stroke and some good effects/colors.
