Once action was taken against the user who clearly infringed upon the rules, who was a known scammer, he rallied up several of his friends and started spread hate about me throughout this forum.

Most of the people didn't even have any kind of interaction with Jesse before the ban.

You're the one "rallying" up your staff members from YayMC to stick up for your scamming and false advertising ass.

For the many customers who purchased the product and genuinely enjoyed it, I'm beyond glad and grateful for you. Thank you for the great feedback. It's inspiring to have been abled to help so many owners on their journey to owning a successful server.

I still haven't seen a single positive review that's not from a friend of yours.

However, yesterday and today has been filled with hate simply because I reported a user for clearly breaking the rules and infringing upon my intellectual rights.

It has been filled with hate because an incorrect ban has been issued and the process wasn't followed.

We deemed that because we could prove the sale originated on MCM, the sale followed the same protection any premium author would be granted.

That's the thing. You advertised the ebook on MCM but never actually sold it on here because you were too cocky to use our resource system.

Throughout being endlessly harassed, given death threats, and staff being overwhelmed with the 4 or 5 bad eggs on this forum, I sincerely apologize for the commotion this has caused and I will make it right.

If you truly apologize, leave the forum. It would make a lot of things better and less toxic.

If you were at all dissatisfied with the product, after a quick assessment about what you didn't like and how I could improve it, I'm willing to begin a refund process for your money.

"all". You're acting like you got 100 sales. What was the need of this thread? Why couldn't you email/pm the users who purchased the product instead of causing more drama?

It's shameful that some users went through such lengths to mock, embarrass, and harass me. I'm not doing this in order to give in to hatred or harassment by any means, I'm doing this for the few users who were genuinely dissatisfied and so that I could take time to improve the product in the future.

As I said, if this was pointed to your customers, a PM or email would have been fine instead of causing more drama.

I really appreciate the MC-Market community and all it has to offer. I'm hoping we can work together in order to make this right and to reach a solution where everyone will be happy.

If you appreciate the community, leave it as that would help out a lot and improve the quality of the forum.

Have you ever thought that other users thinks it's dumb to defend him? Probably not but it what amuses me is only his friends come to his aid. Even if he didn't ask you to help him you're his friend correct?
