Recruiting A Plugin Developer For Blazing Seas!!!

Hello! We are currently looking to recruit a Plugin Developer for our server.

<=What we are looking for=>

We are scouting for someone who has worked in this field before and would be able to run a staff team, for development, if potentially needed. It is crucial that the candidate we hire has enough experience to do the following: Fix|Create|Edit|Organise any calibre of plugins. We are also looking for not only an Employee, however a friendly character. This is because we believe as a server community our staff shouldn't just be a group of people working together, but in fact a collection of friends building up trust and support among one another to work towards creating an enjoyable and flexible server for all gamers to enjoy.

<=A little bit about Blazing Seas=>

Where to start? Blazing seas is a server unlike any other, although our community is just starting out, you can guarantee to always join and feel refreshed by a good time and a bundle of laughs. Although we may be very laid back, we can assure that we run a very secure and tight shift to ensure everyone and everything in the server is running smoothly and without any issues.

Our Owner:
The owner of our server is an incredibly kind and caring young man whom has set up Blazing Seas to assist all kinds of people. This ranges from a casual every day gamer, straight to a Streamer and or Youtuber. He goes by the name Muflle and he loves photography, which makes sense, him being an exceptional visionary and creative person.

Our Spokesman:
Well, I aspire to be kind and caring and am told that I have a good sense of empathy. I love our server! And a fun fact about me is I am also a self employed musician and am currently taking English A Level in England. {if you couldn't tell by the role of Spokesman}

<=Our Vision=>

Our vision is to create the best running survival Minecraft server. We are hoping to achieve this by use of many awesome and unique qualities ranging from ranks and so much more\

<=What you can expect when you join=>

We are going to be offering a percentage cut of income from the server, therefore, when you join you can expect and agreed amount and agreed terms to which negotiation is an option. This also stands to reason that the longer you work for us the more you can expect to gain, we want to really invest in a developer and want to give a fair amount in reflection to your work.

We are also offering a potential team of help for our developer, this is so that not all the workload is too overwhelming.

Lastly we are looking to build long lasting relationship with whomever we hire so that you can guarantee stability and support.
