A little less than a year ago, I started working on a server. After a long break, I now want to finish it. The game mode is (as far as I know) completely new. I have personally invested a couple hundred dollars into this, mostly on development and getting the server set up. No more money is needed for the development unless new ideas come up later. However, there is still work needed to finish the server. Now I am looking for one or more partners to help me complete the server. You will need to invest and will get a percentage of the profit (will be discussed privately, depends on how much money/work is put into the server). I will not go into too much detail on what the game mode is about here, but I will, of course, show it if you contact me directly. What I can say is that it is a mode aimed at experienced players. It is based on survival, but is very different from it. It is not a PvP mode.
So, what is needed for this project? Here is a list:

Advertising/Growing a community (including staff).
Website. I have a few ideas to share on this point.
I do not really care about earning much money from this, so the percentage will probably be split in your favor. Me not being interested in earning massive numbers from this should, however, not stop you from doing so, if you wish. You are welcome to invest as much as you want on advertising. If your total investment is larger than mine, I will let you control the tebex/buycraft accounts. The only catch is that the server must remain EULA-compliant (reasons discussed in private). The ownership split will be different from the profit split.
There are no set requirements for taking this role, but there are of course some things that will help you. A background check will be made before anyone is accepted.
A mature behavior. This one is maybe the most important of all.
Experience in the server market. This is not necessary, but it will help.
16+ years of age.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Creative.
