A lot of People neg reps for "thread trashing" for no reason at all (like Toxicity) for example.
Person A: Selling an account with almost no info
Person B: Adds info like: It's banned on _____
Person A: Neg Reps

Do u think someone deserves a negative (that Means a lot for new users) for giving information about an account?

Another example
Person A: Selling a scam account
Person B: This account was owned by a scammer, deal with caution
Person A: Neg Reps without trying to deal the Situation.

Is giving information about something that they're most likely interested BAD?

I'm talking about this type of trashing thread rep. I agree with neg repping for dudes saying something that isn't in the topic/related Nor spamming

Why do people feel the need to make suggestions when it's already a thing?

It's not hard to re-make the thread, pin pointing the rule(s) so staff can't say otherwise.

Talking about support requests. I assume you've made support requests and staff tried to tell you otherwise? If not, then I am not sure why you brought up that "staff doesn't know the rules" thing.

The staff team doesn't check them and if they check they DONT DO NOTHING and say the same even if it doesn't make Sense
Someone neg repped me "unpleasant and trashing threads" and i reported it, after almost a week the staff said: u need to talk to the member and deal with it blah blah blah.
I can make u sure they didn't take care nor read it

People make mistakes, but if you have bad experiences with the same staff member more than once, it's likely not a mistake and they just dislike you and are letting that affect how they do their job so tagging a staff member who is not the one who doesn't do their job well should do the trick

Your scenarios aren't consistent with what happens.

(This is pretty much what happened on my thread).

Of course, providing information isn't thread trashing, what I gave an example of is.

MCM back in the days didn't have reputation system at all. The one implemented was... least to say inefficient after people got used to seeing it fully used. When it first came out, the general feedback was like HEY ITS GREAT!
