Removing Banned Peoples Rep

I recently got wiped of a few rep because of some of them people were banned, I still done legitimate deals with them tho?
So why the heck does that mean they should have to remove my rep for peoples wrong doings?

I say they don't delete peoples rep off of your profile even if they get banned.

Then if banned People arent a part of the community, why did bank got banned for "Doxing community members" when they were banned? Why the "he's banned he's not a part of the community" isn't being used in this case? maybe double standards?

You seem to be nitpicking a ban reason made on the fly here. Our TOS states clearly that any illegal activity will not be tolerated for any case. If you are engaged with such activities onsite, or even offsite, then for the security of our existing community, we don’t want you here. Reputation and the engagement of illegal activity are entirely two different scales.
I’d rather prevent those with the capability and have harmed others in the past offsite before they can do anything within our community, rather than after.

The feedback of banned members cannot be validated or maintained. The banned member can never update their reputation should their opinion change. Their case becomes irrelevant as they willingly chose to get banned and oust themselves outside our community.

The double standard of people wanting negative feedback to be removed exists, yet not the removal of positive feedback.

A banned member cannot represent themselves in a feedback dispute, hence almost every banned negative feedback would be removed anyways. No one reports positive feedback unless they really dislike another person, hence instead we may have invalid positive feedback floating about.

The solution to make this banned feedback issue fair for everyone? Automate the removal of it all. Everyone is then on a level playing field and no one can abusively report each other.

I kind of agree with it being removed, if the person was banned it means they did something stupid and their rep means nothing.

If a bad person is repping someone, that rep holds 0 value.

Terms Of Service, if you break those specific terms such as selling something that you don’t have the selling rights then yes it becomes illegal.
