REQUESTING: 1-2 SHORT-TERM/LONG-TERM Configurators to Rework Network with me [VOLUNATEER/PAID]

Hey.

I am looking to acquire 1-2 Configurators to help me completely rework a recently purchased setup. A lot of work needs to go into the network, so it will take a little time to finish.

Server Background
- The server is a 1.20.2 survival network which will eventually support 1.20-1.20.4 (I haven't been asked to set VIA up yet). We do have a theme already in place which means you won't have to worry about coming up with a ton of knew ideas. Hoping to have this project up in 2-3 weeks and release ready.

Here are SOME examples of the tasks you'll be expected to work with me on:

• Overall Server Economy (We'll individually sort through the plugins and figure out a stable economy to put in place - This encompasses server shop, spawners, factories, deliveries, Jobs System + Shop, etc)
• Rework all messages (I have a specific theme & prefix I want so we would implement it across plugin messages)
• Rework Crates/KOTHs/Envoys/Monthly Crates - This sort of ties into our Eco but we will have to review this and update them to our generated economy
• Holograms/Deluxe menus (Like I said I have a specific theme and utilize a small-character generator to format my messages
• Resource pack manipulation (I do have a custom pack as it is but would like help to rework it)
• Luckperms (Will go through each plugin, find the permissions they need, and add them to the rank if required)

There is a lot of work that needs to go into the server so I do expect it to take us a little bit of time. I have already received offers to come on board the team to help

Requirements

• Can communicate effectively (You can call and keep me up to date on work)
• Proficient in English
• Must have previous work you can show me
• Must have exceptional experience in the Survival game mode

- I will only be selecting 2 configurators at the most to join the team and that will come down to Price & Quality of work. As I said, I am looking for a long-term configurator who will stay with us but am willing to hire short-term work

NOTE - I will consider Service teams but that is not my main interest- The price and timeframe have to be a really good offer or I won't even open your DM.
