Requesting developer to edit a plugin

Hello. I need a developer to edit the plugin MyCommand to add a timer for trades in merchant-type shops. As of right now, it's just a fixed limit of trades that you can make, and once you reach the limit you cannot use the trade ever again. I am wanting it to be an X amount of time between trades instead. If you think you can do this professionally, please add me.
