We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable, and experienced individuals to join our staff team as Admins on Cobbleco.re, a laid-back and well-structured Minecraft survival SMP.
Whether you're great with plugins, enjoy community building, or love keeping things organized behind the scenes — we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Must be 16+ years old
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with server moderation or admin roles
- Familiarity with Minecraft server plugins (WorldEdit, Citizens, Lands, etc.)
- Able to commit a few hours weekly
- Access to Discord and a working mic for communication
- Able to work collaboratively with other staff members
Traits We’re Looking For:
- Mature and level-headed under pressure
- Responsible with access to sensitive commands and permissions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good at problem solving and handling player issues fairly
- Enjoys building communities, not just enforcing rules
- Willing to learn new plugins or systems
- Trustworthy with confidential information
