[Requesting] Looking for Developer to setup / develop Survival, Towny, and a few other game modes.

Hello! My name is Luxford (or Midnight), and I am attempting to open a 1.20 SMP network. Today was supposed to be the initial release of the server, with us expecting to release our hardcore survival server with a few twists. Unfortunately, our original developer seems to be unresponsive for the past 16 hours and we were unable to launch due to several key elements of the server being unavailable or just not added entirely. I am looking for someone who can start work ASAP, I can either pay per hour or per job, I work around my devs. My budget for this server is over $2000, not including dev work.

Right now I am currently looking for someone who can:

• Configure a hardcore server with a clean look
• Create custom recipes
• Disable a few items in game
• Create a referral program
• Willing an able to work with an owner who loves the server industry and wants to learn as much as they can
