Requesting mentor to help kick-start server.

I am looking for a mentor with experience in running a Minecraft server to help guide me through the process of growing my 1.13.2 community survival server in this alpha stage. This position, which is not necessarily long term or even full time, will include some creative work on the server as well so it will be hands on.

They must be mature, over 17 years old, ideally from the US timezone (as I am in the UK) and competent with configuring plugins and discuss with me on our server discord about progression and on how to keep things interesting for players. I can provide money for advertising and future plugins (most are premium bought anyway) and so forth (my overall budget is £100+), and in return you will get (experience obviously), a loyalty fee (we can negotiate this), and any in-game privileges once the server starts to pay for itself.

Basically I'm asking for a partner/mentor who has some free time, is experienced, and is not in it purely for the money. If you are interested let me know what you can offer by sending me an email to [email protected]
