Short but sweet.
I'm looking for Staff members for an upcoming project of mine which is a Factions server, I'm looking for Staff members on said server because right now it's just me and my community-mananger.
I would like since it's a start-up server to find compotent staff members who know how to check for cheats, know how to screenshare players and have a somewhat respectable presence.
Started, not finished.
We started the server developement a couple weeks ago therefor, we are not finished yet, and we won't be for atleast a week, maybe even more that's why I started recruiting now obviously things might change for you in said week and if things happen we would like to know. Therefor if we decide to recruit you, you will have to wait a couple days maybe 2-3 weeks to start being the staff member we're looking for, but we would like you to while we develop the server to help us with ideas or changes.
What are we looking for?
-Mature staff, preferably somewhere above the age of 18, however if we deem you to be mature enough for your age, we are willing to make exceptions to certain extends.
-Activity, we can't expect you to change your entire life to be a staff member on a factions server, but we do expect you to be active since we would like our staff to be able to help players and make sure that the experience of said server will be uphold.
-Professionalism, we don't wanna see you rage-type, threaten or misbehave in any/all chats that are included in our server.
-No special threatments, we want you to even if there is a YouTuber with 200k subs to uphold the same standards for anybody, we don't care for special threatment of any or everybody.
-Your opinion, we would like for you to give your honest opinion about any and all things, and give suggestions to improve the server that we all wanna make the best it can be.
-Help growing our player base and playing count, by interacting and help spreading our server to multiple people.
-Expect growth early and fast, however when we hopefully become somewhat of a better server, where we improve in alot we might slow down alot in growth, but since this is the start of the server and we're looking for you right now, the growth you can experience can be fast.
What can we give you?
-The opportunity to grow within our staff team, everybody starts somewhere, if it's helper or mod will be decided by us, by showing how willing you are to help the server and the promises you make we can give you any/all opportunities within our reach.
-Rewards for efforts, since we all know most staff won't be paid by any start-up server we fully acknowledge this and we are no different, however we are willing to show rewards for said efforts, we won't promise alot, but we will promise monitary value if you show to be a great value staff member.
-Understanding, mistakes happen and they're human so we don't expect you to be perfect, we want you to grow within our server and help reach the best we can be, we will always ask for your opinion in most matters and we will most definetly listen to any ideas you have since there's nothing more important then the opinions of people who can better the server.
Staff is a thankless job and we know it all to well, we know that staff members regularly don't get rewarded as much as they should since being staff is dealing with threats, Ddos attempts and many more unspeakable things.
However we hope to be a server where the staff can be proud to be staff and we can be proud of the community we would like to make along the way.
