I currently own a dedicated RLCraft server with very minimal lag called MysticCraft. We're currently on the latest version 2.8.1 and have roughly 5-20 players on at all times. Our server just had it's first reset 2 weeks ago and is running pretty smoothly as of right now. I also work a full time job irl so the hours I get to spend watching over the server are shortened. So to compromise we're hiring new staff members; Such as Helpers, Builders, Community and staff manager.

If you're applying for Helper/builder then read this section Managers can skip to the managers portion:
- Helpers: I don't expect you to be super active because I know life exists. You need to be 15 or older to apply for this position. Once you contact me i'll direct you to our application process so that we may continue. I don't expect you to be uptight and super serious all the time. In fact i'd prefer if you were more laid back and lenient, but there is a time to be serious and a time to joke around so I expect you to at least know the difference.
- Builders: atleast 14 years of age and some level of maturity since your builds will be the thing that represents the server. Must have some experience working with World Edit. Once you contact me I'll redirect you to the Builder's application
- Staff managers: At least 17 years or older. I expect high level of maturity. Your main priory on the server is watching over the staff team. Hiring new staff members and demoting/promoting currently existing staff members based on their performance. You'll also be in charge of keeping me and everyone else up-to-date on the current situations at hand.
- Community manager: This is the most important role on our server. Need to be at least 17 years of age or older to apply. Must also have a high level of maturity and speak/type fluent English and user proper grammar. These requirements are in place since this role has so much responsibility. Your main job will be Keeping tack of the communities likes/dislikes about the server. Advertising and trying to bring in players to strengthen our community. You'll also be in charge of managing and creating events for the server. To apply for this role you must contact me directly, I don't have an application for this role since I'd like to speak with and get to know you on a more personal level before I hand over my community to someone I don't know (no offence).
