Sand Stacking too much [ cannons, 1.7 tnt, using PaperSpigot

Hi i need someone to come and check this out, so what's happening is that whne u shoot a cannon, the sand stacks both up and down, even when i have the hammer off. I have tried dis- ableing all my plugins, but still nothing. { stacks all the sand being shot }

If someone helps me and fix this, i will be offering $1-$3
