To open a scam report, a small fee will be paid to MCM.

This will incentivize users to apply and be assigned to Scam resolvers with a mature, professional, and level headed attitude.

The scam resolvers we have right now, are getting by through volunteer hours of their day and school comes first. Give people who have no lives and spend their hours here wanting to make a change on the community a financial incentive to be a Scam Resolver as a job. Its not volunteer, its paid and you get paid per scam report you take. (though they are paid for being staff, it is NOT ENOUGH to get through the numerous reports in a timely manner.)

This will incentivize quickening the resolution process and getting comments approved faster.

$5 is the suggested fee.

Two Scam Sections:
1.Free Scam Reports (Includes cases that are around $0.01 up to $10 or more) - New scam resolver working as volunteer
2.Paid Scam Reports (Includes cases that are around $50-$1000 or more) - High rep scam resolver working for money

The separate sections are a good idea, but I don't think there should be paid scam reports. I reckon there should be junior scam resolvers which start off on the lower priority reports ($0 - $50), and then actual scam resolvers who handle the larger amounts. The junior scam resolvers can be promoted to regular scam resolvers if they've done good work, and regular scam resolvers could also help with the lower priority reports if there's a backlog.

While there are parts where I can see flaws with this system being that MCM has a stigma of staff who don't like new systems (reputation took forever to finally be implemented for example), I agree with the direction of the idea and where you're heading with it.

Tbh it might be best to make a new thread for attention/feedback to it so its not buried underneath the people who may turn toxic on you next after they're done with me lol.

Also, props to you for actually reading my idea and proposing a more refined one.
Man I can understand why people have trust issues on this forum as there are tons of scammers around. I have been scammed today for $100 by an impersonator that is why I would never want to spend money on opening a report. That is why a free scam report section is good to report these so others can be careful as there is no point. You know you will not get your money back.

In other hand there are other scam reports such as incomplete task or not as described worked. Which might need high priority so for that it makes sense. Because I am pretty sure people who spends hundreds or thousands of money for a task that is not complete or not as described who pay for it to make sure their case or task is done quicker.[DOUBLEPOST=1551408430][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes that is what I mean but before they start resolving scams they should be full verified as on the other day you find out the scam resolver account is being controlled by a scammer lol that would be a nightmare.

It's important to MC-Market that we ban as many scammers as possible, so making you pay money to report a scammer is a bit dumb. You're basically doing me and the rest of the community a favour by reporting a scammer, and the more scammers we get reported, the more we can ban.

This was a pretty unique suggestion to make, and although no one really agrees with it I still appreciate it.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
