Okay, basic idea of this is to have a webpage, e.g. mc-market.org/scammers that users can access to enter any of the following details.

Skype names,
MCM names (including ones banned for ban evading),
Email,
PayPal email,
BitCoin address,
Other known names, steam, youtube etc.

And if the entered field matches anything in the database it would bring up a link to the appropriate scam report and any other information.

This would help prevent scammers from scamming after they have been banned by creating a new MCM account. Since they would also need to make a new skype, and PayPal account, as well as a new steam, bitcoin etc, if they plan on using those in the deal. Which most scammers forget to do. Sometimes people don't even make a new MCM account and watch the forum and add people on skype.

Obviously adding every one who has ever scammed to this would be a huge task, so it would have to start when it released. It would work by either M6Gaming or Doge after banning a user adding as much info as possible to the database. It would likely only take them 2 mins each time, and would be as simple as entering some information into a few boxes and pressing add. This ultimately would reduce the amount of scam reports. Which looking at the scam reports section is something that's needed.

This would take some time and money to develop, and if this is a problem I volunteer to code it myself. Mick all you would have to do is agree to the idea, and host it on the MCM web server. Possibly add it to the navigation bar too.

thats breeching their privacy if we put their paypal email.

this is just ruining everything for them.

basically this just violates the 10th amendment and mcm could very likely be sued
If someone scams a few $ on here, they aren't going to be in a position to spend $1000's on taking legal action. That aside, the paypal email doesn't need to be included. Other information like skype name, steam name etc would be enough.

putting all this could be used, but most scammers will use a skype username close to their victims so it also can sabotage not just the scammer.
Its a database query, database queries don't accidently bring up similar names. It would take the exact skype name the user enters (which is unique to each skype account) and see if its in the database.

Maybe MCM can add to their rules "If you are caught scamming your PayPal e-mail, Bitcoin address and other info etc. etc. will be released in the scammer database"
Leak forums have a more harsh version of that in their TOS, and their site doesn't have as many exit scams.

you dont realise that they still have a right to privacy guarenteed by the constitution.

The constitution is not applicable in areas outside of the US. If mc market was not formed in the US, and does not pay taxes in the US, then the consitution will not apply. Whatever country/state mc market is "in", is the rules they have to follow. So mc market has a possibility of implementing it without breaking the law.

MCM is under Australian law I believe. That's if Mick has got around to moving where its registered at.

Dominus Privacy laws like that are everywhere; unless Mick starts hosting in the third world, he's gotta follow them.

I was specially addressing a person who said it was against the constitution. While there are laws like this practically everywhere, most of them don't go to the extent of not being allowed to publicly put someones email on a list/database for public viewing.

Also, whoever said the 10th is privacy rights is.... wrong. 10th is states rights, 9th is unenumerated rights; Supreme Court has ruled that includes privacy.

To prevent a person from loosing all their privacy, it could just be enter the details you know and it'll show you if it's a known scammer. No additional info other than an id of sort so you can report it to staff if their still doing it or something.

This is ridiculous. A person has a right to privacy, even if they're a scammer.

From the ToS:
The TOS shall be governed by the laws of Belgium without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
Of course, this is just Mick being lazy and forgetting to update things from BeBosny management.

But since Mick is the current owner, I would assume it runs under the law of Australia.
If anyone wants to read the privacy law of Australia, here you go: https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/C2016C00979
Here you can check if they have updated it: https://www.legislation.gov.au/Series/C2004A03712
There is a lot to read: https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy-law/privacy-act/ just dig in, since you're all lawyers and shit.
I personally havn't read it, since, you know, who cares.

But even if he has the power to do this, it should not be implemented.
