I created a server. I am over worked and there is just not enough time to do what needs to be done. Upgrades are coming quick and I find all my time in updating and not improving the server or its amenities. I have a million ideas and things I want to do but I cant do it alone. I work full-time and then I have another full-time job in this project. If I could quit my job I would or I can get help.
I established a community, a so/so staff, website, youtube channel, facebook, twitter, voice communications, and a general brand.
The server is not profitable or paying for itself. That is not a problem for me. hobbies cost money. Donations come and will continue.
I have a creative, survival, and skyblock server. I hope to have more in the future. I already have a prison server in the works, and plans for others.
Server setup is not what I am looking for, if you can help with that it is great but not required. Money is not what I am looking for, if you can help with that it is great but not required.
Want I want:
other hobbyist with hopes of grandeur!!
Forum mod/user/content updater:
I am looking for someone that likes being active in forums. Communicating with the community and keeping the content fresh. If you are a web designer and you have grand ideas, that is great but not required.
Social Media Presence:
I need the same for twitter/facebook as for the forums.
A Video Maker/Youtuber/Streamer:
I need someone that can make a decent video with the topic of the server. If you are new and want to be a star. I can help you get started. If you just want to hear yourself talk and need a home. I can do that too.
Event Coordinator:
We have build contests and karaoke but we can do much more. You can lead it.
Marketing:
Sounds like a lot of work that someone would get paid for but if you have any suggestions I am open to them.
Server Staff:
sure why not.
Builders/Map Makers:
sure why not. I have a "build team" or at least a few players with a prefix. its an open option. most of my builds come from people I find on mc-market
Devs:
sure why not. I have so far just used experienced spigot plugin devs, most side projects have resulted in failure from wannabe devs. If you have ideas and need a home, join us
General Critic:
If you just want to tell me what I did wrong or how horrible and stupid I am. I can do that. Suggestions on fixing it would be nice also
