Well, I think my time as a faction owner has come to an end. It just isn't fun for me anymore..

Info:
Just reset, so donations will peak.
Averages around 20-30 players a day, peaks at 40.
Made 2k+ in the summer, makes 1.5k during school. (Probably be high soon cuz of winter)
Community is very loving.
Faction's server.

That should be enough info to get you a basic idea of the server, but I don't want to give the name out, since I don't want the player's to now I am selling hence the player's get mad.

owner is basing valuation on past , it now has no players and the server is just factions , its been reset so lost its player base.
Please show us sales from last 2 weeks , or make an excuse why there isnt none followed by lmao.
There are buyers out there but only if its priced realiztic , go over $50 and players will research before buying and researching shows its not sellable , by the way you couldnt even kill pigs at spawn not sure if its fixed now.

should of took some of the early offers , in my opinion its not worth anymore what you was being offered in the early stages , the value is dropping daily while your player count on some days doesnt go over 6-7 and on sunday peak has maximum 14 players anyone can achieve this with a few pmc bumps , there is nothign unique , it is the most common server type `factions` and is only 1 server , history means nothing its what its worth now , ppl are not buying a server 6 months ago they are buying it today , i$1000 isnt just optimistic its unrealistic in every way and a long way off its true value. Please show ppl your sales for the last 2 weeks , we all know its next to nothing without seeing it just based on player count.

He should've taken the previous offers, seeing as his server is dying, now he probably won't even get the amount of money that people bid earlier ($600-700).
