For some reason, which I have absolutely no clue as to why, when people steal minecraft builds from around the web, and try to sell them here, it only results in 20 warning points when they are caught.

After seeing 68734 trying to do this very thing, and getting caught, I was absolutely baffled by the punishment he received. I was expecting him to be banned, as that is what he deserves, however, all he received was 20 warning points.

Stealing builds and then trying to sell them is just as bad as scamming, so why is the punishment only a fraction of what the punishment is for scamming?

Along with all of this, 68734 should be perm banned.

If you feel that a user scammed you, a scam report should be made. Scamming you and reselling an unowned item or service are two different things and should be treated as such.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
