Hello everyone, I am the Co-Owner/Developer for MafiaMC factions where we've taken a pretty interesting and well developed spin on Factions, combining it with Prisons (Cool right?!). The only problem is we build code to form plugins, not Minecraft blocks to form builds. The best part?! Build for whoever you want! If we offer you a position it by no means means you can't build for other servers, in fact, we will even help you/support you in continuing your builds!

Builder --> We are looking for an experienced builder that can handle anything from spawns to koths to random builds around our server including what has been mentioned but certainly not limited to that. We would like you to build us a spawn as a trial (obviously paid if it's good) and if we really click well then we'd like to offer the Senior Builder position on our staff team. This includes handling all builds (Paid) and forming our build team of experienced and dedicated builders. If a build team is eventually put together, In return for exclusive builds we will offer a privately hosted server from MafiaMC for builders only, as well as a featured build server for all finished builds to show them off and for people to come and visit (Obviously custom coded plugins to stop from schematics and protect your builds etc.). We will also give you full credit and treat you like actual staff members not just builders!
Build Team --> For any build team that is already formed, show us what magnificent build you can create exclusively for us, if we click we will offer the entirety of the build team a position on our staff team. In return for exclusive builds we will offer a privately hosted server from MafiaMC for builders only, as well as a featured build server for all finished builds on your teams website for you to show off your builds and for people to come and visit (Obviously custom coded plugins to stop from schematics and protect your builds etc.). We will also give you full credit and treat you like actual staff members not just builders!
About MafiaMC
We are a group of 4 long-time friends who have been playing Minecraft since Beta. We custom code most of our plugins and know what it takes to get a server off the ground. We have successfully developed 3 servers that eventually declined because of money problems (Great servers unfortunately out of our control), Nova Network, Simplicity, and SourCube Network! We have already put around 100 hours into the server and have a lot of great ideas for custom game modes as well as additional features to grow the server once we release it!
