Honestly this service team is shit and unresponsive, spent over 2 weeks with an open ticket on their Discord with no response. Absolutely useless.

Hello, thank you for showing interest in Senior Team. We would love to provide everyone with our services, however that is always not possible if the details does not interest our freelancers, some factors may be timeframe or budget.
Edit: User did not fulfill their ticket with the details asked so the ticket was left open without any response due to it not being completed.

Tried to open a ticket on the discord server, the bot is awful it gets randomly stuck on every other question and then randomly stopped giving questions so I was stuck. Strangely no staff member in the ticket channels so there's no one you can even tag. Ended up losing all progress on my ticket which involved a detailed explanation of the build requirements - couldn't be bothered to start from scratch.

Great builds shown here for the portfolio but ticket system is awful, would rather speak to person than a bad bot.

I see they replied to this one saying the user didn't complete their ticket... this is probably why. Badly coded bot seems to be a recurring issue.

Hello, thank you for showing interest in Senior Team! We are actively trying to improve our system to make it easier and a more comfortable process for you to have your request created by us.
We are sorry to hear that you had trouble going through our system and the reason why the bot stopped giving you more questions was due to a restart of our bot which was done due to an update we worked on to tackle this issue and the restart was not timed in your favour. However what we would have suggested you to do and that would have been a lot better would have been to post a message in a chat to ask for support and we would have had someone help you out.

We provide three automatic options to go through which are all explained in detail on our discord server and also summarized in the opening message to give you the best understanding of the process and for you to know what would be best for you.
We have a fourth option as well which is to speak with support which is also explained on our discord server and in the opening message you receive when you open a new ticket.
Unfortunately it seems that the option to speak with a person was missed.
