Server Administration/Management [Paid] [Experienced]

Hello there,

My name is Kees (pronounced as case) I am a 16 years old Dutch guy.
I've not been working on any projects that have to do with server administration/management, but i'd love to get started on some new projects and meet some new people.
I've got a decent amount of experience that i've gathered in the past with really different people and different projects, down below i've listed some projects so you can find out what i've done.

• Mineplex (biggest Minecraft server at the time) I was a helper on here, nothing special but it got me started.
• BlockyWorlds (Decent server size, it was a big difference in size compared to Mineplex) I started as a Helper and worked my way up to Operator which didn't include any real administration/management.
• Sky Network (Again nothing compared to Mineplex but I was the owner) I started the network and got a nice team together sadly the server didn't match the requirements that I had set for it. For the curious people: http://skynetworkserver.com/
• Enzo Knol Fan Server (The server had about 30 players on at all times) This was the first server that I had an actual (payed) job on which included administration/management, I basically did everything on the server. I ran the team, made big decisions, brought new features and made the server like it had grown to. Sadly the server was for the owner an easy way to make money and he got enough of it (the name had nothing to do with being an actual ''fan server'' I guess you could say it was a technique to get players.
• XelaCreation's server (The server was an attempt from a Minecraft Animator to make a Minecraft server) The YouTuber had heart of my work on the Enzo Knol Fan Server and had contacted me and asked me to make a server for him, it worked out pretty well and the server got a decent amount of attention. Sadly the owner didn't really like the plans anymore and gave up on the whole idea of his server.

After all this I have simply helped out friends and friends of friends with their server and have not really accepted any projects. Currently I am staff on a Dutch server which has around 300+ players online at a time, nothing special but it is fun for now.
I would love to start another project and meet new people.

Sure thing I can help you on your server for a few days, but I would like to have something to work on for some longer.


I am experienced with things such as:

• Working with Ubuntu aswell as Windows servers.
• Creating forums/websites running XenForo, Enjin, MyBB, BuyCraft, MCMarket and HTML.
• Helping people with projects, or simply some bits and bobs.
  
• Creating entire Minecraft servers in general.
  
• Working for other people, and together with other people.
• Working alone with big projects.
• Running a Minecraft server.
• Being staff on a small/big Minecraft server.
