Hello MCM users,
I'm Grunts, I'm a decently new member, but I'm in need of help.

As the title says, I am looking for a Minecraft Server developer for an HCF server.
- I am creating an HCF server - based around being "OP" - creating a server some what similar to an old server "ParaPvP".

Requirements:
- Must be 16 years old, or older.
- Must have 2+ years of server development
- Must be mature and reliable.
- Must be willing to devote your time to the server.
- Must have a working microphone + Discord.

Information about the Job:
- Develop custom cores, and HCF server plugins, anti-cheats. etc.
- Payment: PM me for discussion of payment (amount, type. etc.)
- You're required to give the owners updates and feedback about the state development.
- If you have any other connections with devs let me know.


Server Information:
- As of right now a lot of information is private, although here are some details I can tell you; HCF server based around being "OP" - this included gapples, keys, crates and some other unique features.
- We're hoping for about 150 players on launch, we have some decent advertisement set-up currently.
- We have a lot of unique ideas.

Developers aren't like managers and server partners.
They sell you their work but they don't give you the plugins they make for you to let them wait until you get donations (Which also might never happen or it won't be enough what you will get) and that will be just a waste of time or worse.

I currently have a tight budget, looking for someone mature anyway, so obviously you're out of the picture then aye?

Why are you here then? quit wasting your time. this could be a great success, some people may have hope in it and are willing to spend their time and work for success. time is money. you don't have make a shit ton of money instantly. you need to realize I'm not rich, and I am looking for people willing to help me.

Do not start a server if you don’t have atleast 2k+. if you don’t, you most likely won’t succeed.
