Server Logo + Need regular GFX/Illustrator

What I'm looking for
1. I'm searching for someone to design and deliver a server logo using their creativity from an image concept I have, information below.

2. In addition, I'm looking for a GFX/Illustrator interested in staying in contact for future designs or projects to keep my network art in the same style. It's nice to have a go-to.

Artist Requirements & Relationship (Important: Please Read)
As said before, I'm looking for someone long term to keep the business's artwork in similar quality and style. I'm looking for a business friendship, and someone who is willing to make regular art concepts/suggestions, while sharing the goal of providing the best experience for the players.

Spoiler: Artist Requirements

- Experienced in Minecraft & non-Minecraft art.
- Experienced in illustrations, GFX, pixel art, vector art, wordmarks, or more.
- Experienced in providing different sizes of art (i.e. emojis, icons, logos, banners, etc.)
- Bonuses: Experience in web design, modeling, animations, discord emojis, and more.
- Kind, devoted, and quick to respond.
- Favorites quality and improvement over volume.
- Provides multiple concepts/suggestions/variations both before and during a project.

Logo Requirements
Image logo concept will be shown at a later point within discussion.

- No time requirement
- Need many sketches and logo concepts (2d/3d)
- Need many variations and colors
- Need different sizes and resolutions
- Need different versions for different things like server icon, discord, etc.
- Need root editing file for everything

Server details
(Might be helpful to know) The server is an upcoming Minecraft parkour network dedicated around events. So a person who is passionate about parkour would be a big plus!

Payment details
Budget: $300
Method: PayPal. I can provide half upfront, then half when satisfaction is made.

If it's not a problem, I'd love to see a sketch/concept before the first payment. Then to see multiple sketches/concepts (that we discuss) after the first payment. This mostly due to the fact I'm also looking for someone long term.
