As of the past 6 years I have been working with, owning, and alongside with servers across the broad spectrum of servers. Some if not the best that I have been apart of is Moderator on Manacube (Server with two thousand players as of low, with a peak of very high players). Furthermore, I have owned my own server a plethora of times all around of survival, prison, and much more.
I know a lot of how plugins work and my job that I want to peruse from college is IT for coding and software engineering. With that being said I know a lot about coding, as well as Minecraft server control panel, ftp access coding, as well as I have a lot of premium plugins, and to be honest, I have made some myself.

Previous Experience - Though introduced and explained in my bio, I can inform you that I am wanting to be in IT, I love coding, I know how to code, I have been owner on several servers ranging in a hundred plus down time players, I am good with talking to people and I would be an amazing Manager/Administrator or even anything lower.
I can indeed add a lot of hours I do generally since I do not work can put in a significant amount of hours in such as 40+ hours a week, my time zone is Central, CTZ, and I live in Wisconsin.
Why do you aspire to become staff?
I aspire to be staff for many reasons. Without a staff member being on a server it is very hard to have an enjoyable time. With that, it is my aspiration to become a staff member and answer that longing problem so new and old may enjoy their time, being a staff member to help them with questions, concerns, and problems that occur. I am very good at helping people, and being kind. Also, I enjoy being active and welcoming new players to the server, though most players don’t stay long and enjoy the servers full potential, I enjoy being able to welcome them and hopefully assist them with any questions they have so that they can have the most enjoyable time possible, it is my duty to be there for the community and that is something that is super special, and that is why I aspire to be a staff member, preferably manager.
What skills do you feel you have that will help the server?
I have many skills that can assist me in getting staff. Some of the things that can assist me is having lots of experience as a staff member. I have been an owner a plethora of times on servers ranging from all different game modes. I enjoy a safe, clean and an inspiring server environment, which becoming a staff member I wish to keep lively. Also, not to mention I help out a lot of people, with that I have gained lots of experience working with people, I understand the community and the slangs that people use, I feel that this can help me with being staff.
What three attributes distinguish yourself from other players that qualify you to be a helper?
I have many qualifications that can distinguish myself from other players who play on Manacube.
1) I am very nice, caring and all around great person, to explain why I distinguish this more than other players is because, people are very rude over the internet because they know they do not have to face them. However, everyone has troubles in life and stress that can’t be relieved and I feel that it is unnecessary for someone to be bullied online and make those problems that we all face even more common and miserable. So, I do my best to respect and care for everyone dearly no matter race, gender, age, or culture.
2) Maturity, I am a very mature person. I do my best to be nice, kind and funny to everyone of all ages, and also have my mature side where I get things done. When someone asks for questions I help them in a professional, kind, caring, mature, and as helpful as much as I can. Also, when someone is being rude, swearing or anything of that nature, I am very mature when I tell them to stop as it is very disrespectful to others, not to mention there are children who play this game and it is unacceptable for them to see swearing or rudeness.
3) Teaching, I love to help teach people in a fun and enjoyable way. When people ask questions I like to answer them as fast as possible as well as making it so they can learn. The best thing about teaching people is that when you teach them and they learn they can then teach others the exact same thing. This is one of the best things in the world making it so what you are doing is helping to teach and make other people more informed so that in the future they can do the exact same thing I did!
I also have many qualifications that can assist me to become a staff member, and maybe attributes, however those three are some of the main things. But however list a few more attributes that I have that can be different than others are:
1) Creative, I am creative, I think out of the box for lots of things. Though, sometimes thinking out of the box aren’t necessary, being able to think out of the box for answering questions can help out for answering questions. I also find being creative can be helpful for playing minecraft so you can build better things and make helping people with certain things better. Not to mention, being a staff member and being creative is good, so you are able to solve problems that people are having in a more respectable manor as well as thinking out of the box can be helpful for assisting people with questions, and punishments/behaviors.
2) Motivated, I am motivated because, I am determined. Therefor, I want everyone to have an enjoyable time and the best way to do that is by making it a reality. I am motivated to help people, answer questions and make the community even better than it already is. Determination helps me become motivated.
3) Understanding, I am an understanding person. I understand that people have concerns, and I wish to be the best that I can by helping to remove and or relieve the concerns that people have. I understand that we all can be confused and that is why when I answer questions I try to go step-by-step on everything that I say, this helps people you need the help to get the question understood but even if you understand it, it is good to have that step-to-step understanding. Not to mention that having that understanding you can then do the same for others when they ask the same question. So, in turn I am helping others to help others.
4) Knowledgeable, I understand the punishments, and most questions that people have. I am generally able to answer most questions that people have, as well as being so active, I have asked questions and had them answered so I am able to answer them as well to others. I am knowledgeable in the staffing field which is a big relief as well as bonus when it comes to becoming a staff member!

The role of the staff member is many things. For most people the role of the staff member is someone who dedicates time out of their day to assist people. Also, I believe in my own personal opinion that the role of a staff member is for someone who enjoys, motivated, and an active person in a community and wants to see the community grow, and aspire for the best that it can possibly be!

As far as there is to know there is little to nothing that I haven’t told you. However, I enjoy letting people know about who I am, and what I do for a living. I enjoy inspiring people and making sure everyone is knowledgeable and informed about things. I have dyslexia, and with it, it takes a lot longer to understand things and learn. However, with it I have become more motivated to learn and become more knowledgeable within my surroundings. If you do not know, dyslexia is a learning disability which makes it hard to read, write, spell and do practically anything. Having a disability I have learned that it is completely disrespectful to be rude to someone who does have dyslexia, autism, social anxiety, stress, and more. When someone says something disrespectful I take action to let them know that is completely wrong to say that about someone, I also have been involved in multiple language classes, and “Do not say the r word” (retard) club(s). I enjoy being apart of the community (Forums, discord, and ingame). I am a big fanatic to playing games educationally as well as learning while enjoying and having a great time. Being a staff member I want people to understand and answer questions that they have, as well as helping them with any problems, helping people is a great way for them to stay active!
