Server Spawn and Warzone Build

I am looking for someone to build a custom exclusive spawn and warzone map for my server. The theme of my server is wasteland so the design needs to have a post apocalyptic vibe to it. Generally I would like to pay somewhere between $1 and $100 but if the map is worth it, I might consider paying more. If you are interested in building this spawn, you can either do it on my server or just send me the world file. I would prefer to have a builder good at Terraforming because the entire map will be 8k by 8k and I want a wasteland or no mans land to be 1k by 1k from spawn. The idea that I have in my head is basically a deserted land up to 1k from spawn and everything after 1k is a normal world. Either reply to this thread or send me a pm, thanks!
